The apartment block consists of two master units and two secondary units, making a total of four units. Each master unit is connected to the secondary unit, accessible from an internal passage and external dedicated entrance from the road. This allows each master unit to accommodate guests having a full functioning self contained studio apartment with full privacy and own entrance on second floor.

 

The master units are duplex units, with living rooms and study on ground floor, opening up to outdoor spaces. Two bedrooms en-suite are on the second floor with access to roof deck enjoying sea view and table mountain views.
